SHIPPING POLICY
Where we ship We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is available it will appear in the country selector at checkout. We do not currently ship to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, Myanmar, Afghanistan, Venezuela or Sudan.
Delivery cost Delivery is free on orders over €75 (or the equivalent in your currency). Orders under €75 are charged a flat €16 delivery fee, shown at checkout before you pay.
Duties and taxes Prices include any import duties and taxes for your country. There is nothing further to pay when your order arrives.
Dispatch and delivery times Orders are processed and dispatched within two to three working days of being placed. Delivery then typically takes two to four weeks depending on your country. The estimated delivery window for your order is shown on every product page and in your order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates. Delays can occur with carriers or customs that are outside our control, and we will keep you informed if we become aware of one.
Tracking Every order is sent tracked. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking can take a day or two to show movement after dispatch.
Changing your address If you need to change your delivery address, email as soon as possible with your order number. We can change it up until the order is dispatched. We cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier, and we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
Lost or damaged in transit If your tracking shows no movement for more than seven days after the estimated delivery window, or your parcel arrives damaged, email with your order number and we will replace the item or refund you in full. Please keep any damaged packaging and photograph it, as the carrier may ask for it.
