Shipping
Orders are prepared within two to four working days, then shipped with all duties and taxes prepaid. Expect delivery within two to four weeks of ordering — the estimated dates for your order are shown on every product page. There is nothing to pay on arrival.
Returns
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, without needing to give an explanation. To start a return, contact us within that window and we'll confirm the next steps and the return address.
Items should be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days.
Faulty or damaged items
Every piece is inspected before it ships. If something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, get in touch as soon as possible with photos of the issue and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Lost in transit
If your order doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right — you won't be left out of pocket.
